The “RitaRita”

2 oz. Próspero Blanco
1.25 oz. fresh strawberries, pureed
1 bar spoon balsamic vinegar
.5 oz. orange liqueur
.75 oz. lime juice
1 oz. wildflower honey
3 -4 leaves fresh basil

Pour Próspero Blanco, strawberry puree, balsamic vinegar, orange liqueur, lime juice and honey into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a margarita glass and garnish with fresh basil leaves.

Shake the first 5 ingredients together, pour over ice in a tall glass and top with Raspberry Hard Seltzer

Garnish with 3 Raspberries

1.2 oz. Grapefruit Juice
.6 oz. Lime Juice
.5 oz. Grenadine
.5 oz. Agave

Camille Vidal’s “Mood Up Spritz”

1 oz. Próspero Reposado
1 oz. Hibiscus tea
.6 oz. Raspberry syrup
Top with Blood Orange Bitters Kefir Water

Pour each ingredient into a wine glass, with each ingredient building on the next. Stir drink two times and then garnish with two slices of blood orange, a sprig of rosemary and a raspberry.

 

PRINTABLE VERSION

Cocktail Bandits’ “Big Aura”

1.5 oz. Próspero Reposado
.25 oz. blue curaçao
.75 oz. pineapple juice
.25 oz. lime juice
.25 oz. agave simple syrup
Pineapple slice
Mint sprig

Add Próspero Reposado, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, lime juice, and agave simple syrup into mixing tin. Shake. Pour contents in to rocks glass. Garnish with big pineapple slice and sprig of mint. Cheers!

Katie Stryjewski’s “The One”

2 oz. Próspero Reposado
1 oz. rose cordial
.75 oz. lime juice
1.5 oz. tonic water
1.5 oz. club soda

Combine Próspero Reposado, rose cordial, and lime juice in a rocks glass. Fill the glass with ice and top with the tonic and club soda. Garnish with a lime wheel and a small rose.

 

PRINTABLE VERSION

Potent Pours’ “Bang Bang Daiquiri”

2 oz. Próspero Anejo
1 oz. Fresh Golden Beet Pineapple Juice
.5 oz. Oleo Saccharum (Lime Only)
.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
3 Dashes Orange Bitters

Combine all ingredients into a shaker. Add ice & shake vigorously for about 10 seconds, or until the shaker is cold. Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass. Garnish with dehydrated pineapple flower & lime wheel. Cheers!

Wake Up!

2 oz. Próspero Reposado
1 oz. Coffee Liqueur
1 oz. Brewed Expresso or Strong Coffee, cooled
.5 oz. Brown Sugar Syrup
.5 oz. Water
.5 oz. Teaspoon Cinnamon

Combine all ingredients until the sugar is dissolved. Shake for about 15 seconds, strain the shaken cocktail into a martini glass, and garnish with coffee beans. Cheers!

New Gimlet

1.75 oz. Próspero Reposado
4 Basil Leaves, for mudding
.5 oz. Agave
.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

To a shaker, add in the basil leaves and lime juice. Muddle the leaves until you can smell the basil aroma. Add in the agave, tequila, and ice. Stir for about 10 seconds. Double strain the cocktal into a coupe glass, garnish with a bunch of basil and drink up!

1 oz. Amontillado Sherry
1/4 oz. Agave Nectar
2 Dashes Lime Bitters

Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a rocks glass over one large cube. Garnish with a lime twist.
